1. The economic type machine is a set of abrasive belt grinding head structure. The sanding belt rotates at high speed and quickly moves from side to side, which can quickly grind the surface of metal profiles and plates, remove oxidation skin, remove slag burrs, repair pits and scratches, and process such as wire drawing and hair pulling. The machine is equipped with belt conveyer, through grinding, one person can put the material at the import, and the export material will fall into the material basket automatically.

2. The equipment is divided into two kinds of grinding methods: water grinding and dry grinding. The water grinding equipment is equipped with a paper belt filter to filter the grinding iron slag impurities, water recycling, energy saving and environmental protection; the dry grinding equipment is equipped with an environmental protection dust extractor to reduce environmental pollution and protect the operator's health.

If the combination of abrasive belt and grinding wheel is customized, the highest precision can be controlled within 0.02mm; the front and back grinding machine can be customized to grind the front and back end of the product at the same time; the product grinding and deburring and chamfering combination machine can be customized to reduce the process and save the cost of use; this equipment can be widely used in the rough grinding process of precision parts, and compared with the grinding wheel type grinder, the cost of use is lower (less than one-fifth), and the efficiency is higher (more than the grinding wheel grinder). Higher efficiency (3-5 times higher than grinding wheel grinder), more energy saving and environmental protection. It is more convenient to use.
